What you share

The enquiry forms ask for your name, email, city and country, age range, relationship goals, and a short introduction. Private search enquiries also ask when you would like to begin. Please keep medical information, financial details, identity documents, and other sensitive information out of this initial form.

How your enquiry is used

ELYA uses your submission to review your interest in a private search or to consider you for a potential introduction. Your profile is not published on this website. Submitting a form does not automatically share your details with another candidate or sign you up for a mailing list.

Where the information goes

Cloudflare hosts the website and stores enquiry submissions in a database within the site owner’s Cloudflare account. The submission includes your consent, a timestamp, and a reference. Access to stored submissions requires access to that account; the website does not provide a public directory or enquiry lookup.

Cloudflare also processes technical connection information to serve and protect the site. The forms use a short-lived, hashed connection identifier to limit automated submissions. It is separate from your enquiry.

Keeping your details current

Keep the reference shown after you submit. When the ELYA team contacts you, use that conversation to request an update to your details or to withdraw your enquiry, quoting your reference.

A note on the imagery

The site uses illustrative imagery and films to express the ELYA approach. People shown in these scenes are not presented as named team members or client testimonials.
